Beef Croquette
Carefully prepared stock, simmered for over 10 hours forms the basis of this lovely croquette.
A minimum of 35% meat and subtle use of spices completes the Salpicon. The end result is a gooey texture, with a pleasant mouthfeel that isn’t sticky.
It’s encased in a crust that has just the right thickness.
Enough to hold the croquette together, but not over-powering the taste sensation.

Sundried Tomato/basil/Mozzarella Arancini (Vegetarian)
This Arancini is Risotto–based and flavored with Tuscan sun-dried tomato, fresh basil and Mozzarella. The basic flavors are beautifully balanced, forming a harmonic composition that will linger.

Mushroom & Truffel Arancini
Our Arancini is composed of Arborio rice, our own Chicken stock, fresh Parmigiana Regiano and Mozzarella with a hint of truffle. We made sure that the texture is right.

For us that means: No ‘mud ball please!’ , but with a pleasant light texture. You can still see each individual rice grain.

Chorizo Croquette
If you fancy a bit of spicy food then this is the one to go for. Our Chorizo Croquette is based on a Béchamel sauce, and we used a lovely smoked Chorizo, flavored with the original smoked Spanish Pimenton, sweet chilly and a dash of garlic. Of course you will find at least 35% Chorizo in our croquette.

Fieldmushroom Croquette
Fresh field mushrooms and a mix of dried mushrooms are used to create a croquette that bursts with earthy mushroom flavors.

A dash of cream makes sure that the flavors are kept in a sophisticated balance. This filling also contains a minimum of 35% mushrooms.

A creamy potato croquette, with a soft potato flavour, enhanced with fresh herbs.
A great alternative side dish Instead of the old bowl of chips.
A great side dish to any meat/poultry dish, to absorb those juices and sauces on your plate, or just as a starter.

Chicken/ leek croquette
A lovely leek- infused béchamel sauce is just the start of this chicken croquette, tender chicken pieces, are added. Of course as always at least 35%. Finishing touch: a careful seasoning with fresh herbs and spices
